My friend used to use a editting program called Vegas Pro or sth. I've heard, with it, you can edit both sounds and videos smoothly, but you need to pay money to get it. Not okay. :/
At least you can get the free trial to fix that issue you have with your animation and audio.

Srsly tho, try stretching a bit of them both (there is a way to stretch audio and not lose the pitch, i've heard it, dunno how).
Audacity should do it.
